- Lee Tomlinson Review added: 2018.04.14★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't usually leave poor reviews but after a bad takeaway experience at steep prices, we emailed Phanthong Thai to complain. For some reason 3 out if the 8 plastic tubs in our bag split, 2 if them being soup. Basically the tubs were thin, poor quality, brittle plastic, not fit for purpose and our soup was left all over the car seat. The food itselft was mediocre but we thought we would give it another chance. Initially we received a response offering a discounted meal but we've tried to follow up on this a number of times now and had no reply. In my opinion there are better Thai restaurants in the area who would go well out of their way to look after returning customers. Needless to say, we won't be returning.
